Let’s VOTE Yes. Call me if you have any questions this is an amazing opportunity for us to have our homesteads preserved in Florida from property taxes. Incredibly many believe this will hurt but the budgets have had tripling of revenues over the past seven years and spent all of it HOW!? We need to take a closer look and ask more of our politicians. This is your money and your tax dollar at work where as homestead is 8 percent of the budget. Anyone who has run a company understands 8percent is not a difficult cut to the bottom line. Management of our tax dollars has to be reviewed closely and this will be the first step to making our money effectively work better smarter and stronger! Let’s look at fraud waste and abuse of our monies to find the 8percent cut this proposal would have on local revenues.

For generations to come, families will continue enjoying one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches—a special place for swimming, boating, shelling, searching for sand dollars, and spotting dolphins in their natural habitat. Caladesi Island is one of our families most loved beaches to visit.

What wonderful news for everyone who loves Florida’s natural beauty!

A state proposal would buy nearly 28 acres on northern Clearwater Beach to expand Caladesi Island State Park and protect coastal habitat and wildlife.

I recently discovered Globus Euro Market in Palm Harbor, and I absolutely fell in love! ❤️

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautifully clean and organized everything was. There are SO many incredible European products to explore, and the shopping experience itself is wonderful.

☕️ I even enjoyed a delicious cappuccino while I shopped!

🍯 Their selection of honey is outstanding. I purchased a Ukrainian Royal Honey, and I honestly have never tasted honey so delicious. It was something truly special!

🥖 The deli selection is fantastic, with fresh items including sourdough and Labneh bread (authentic Armenian bread!)

🧀 And the mozzarella string cheese brought back childhood memories for me! I have never had string cheese this delicious. Their cheese selection is amazing!

✨ And if you love caviar, you definitely need to check out their selection.

But what made my visit even more special were the wonderful owners. They are from Ukraine, and they were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. ❤️
