We currently have 15 homes under contract and scheduled to close in June, and one thing is very clear — our market is changing.

I first spoke with the Bowers about condos in Dunedin. I did virtual tours of multiple properties, but nothing was quite right. After multiple conversations and getting to know their goals and what was important to them, we shifted to villas and single-family homes in Highland Lakes in Palm Harbor. After multiple tours, and really listening to the things they were saying about each property, it became clear to me that we needed to find something else. We ended up with new construction in a new active adult community in Trinity. Cheers to new beginnings and listening to your clients!
