👉🏼 The Track Record: I’ve been a local Realtor here for nearly 12 years now, helping hundreds of people buy and sell their homes across the Sunshine City! ✨

👉🏼 The Passion for Service: Prior to real estate, I spent over 15 years in hospitality. I truly loved connecting with people and serving my communities, but eventually, it was time for a “big girl job”, one that offered a flexible career path aligned with my long-term goal of raising a family. Real estate was the ultimate fit!

👉🏼 The Roots: I grew up in Northern Pennsylvania right on the NY border. I moved to St. Pete over two decades ago after visiting my brother and fell head over heels for the area.

👉🏼 The Growth: Having lived here for 21 years, I’ve had a front-row seat watching this beautiful city bloom into what it is today. We couldn’t keep St. Pete a secret forever! 🏖️☀️

While visiting family in Kemi, I couldn’t resist checking out the local real estate market. For €67,000, you can buy a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with over 1,100 square feet, a private yard, and two Finnish saunas!

One thing I absolutely love about Finnish homes is the architecture. The beautiful natural woodwork, warm interiors, and craftsmanship give them so much character. They’re also built for Arctic living, many homes feature quadruple-pane windows to keep the cold out and the heat in during Finland’s long winters.

It’s always fun comparing real estate around the world. Could you see yourself living in northern Finland? I could, if the real estate was better and the winter months were shorter lol. Who am I kidding….St Pete for the win! 🏖️

📍Beach Town yoga at the pier this Sunday from 11-2 🧘🏻‍♀️

📍 Sunset at Fort De Soto + a picnic dinner (simple, classic, always worth it)
