A huge congratulations to my seller for sticking it out with me! 🎉 We officially SOLD this beautiful home! Woohoo! 🏠💗

I’m not going to lie-the market shifted quite a bit while this home was listed, and it definitely tested all of our patience. There were moments when we wondered if we were ever going to get to the finish line. And then, right when we were almost ready to lose hope... BOOM! Two offers came in! 🤯
Just another reminder of how unpredictable this market can be!

The lesson here? DONT GIVE UP. Even when it feels like the cards aren’t in your favor, keep showing up, keep putting your best foot forward, and keep pushing. The right buyer will come along-and when they do, it’ll all be worth it!
