Angela Lawrence started her career in real estate nearly 20 years ago, but her passion was born long before then when she bought her first home at the age of 17. A “go-getter” from childhood, Angela dove into the real estate world for the first time in 2001 and started her own business, Oak Haven Realty, in Davie County. There she became the first company owner to offer discounted full service listing options to her clients. Angela had a desire to make selling real estate more affordable to her clients without compromising service. She quickly acquired many listings and became a multi-million dollar producer. Angela never recruited other agents to join her, but in light of her success, other agents started inquiring about working with her. Word of Oak Haven Realty’s rapid growth and excellent service quickly spread and larger corporations became interested in her company. In 2006, Angela was approached by Realogy, a publicly owned company and owner of real estate brands such as Better Homes and Gardens ® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Climb Real Estate®, Coldwell Banker ®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, Corcoran Group ®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®. Realogy had a larger local ERA franchise that was eager to acquire Oak Haven Realty. A deal was made, the two companies joined resources under the larger franchise, and Angela sold her commercial building. Angela and her husband, Brad, enjoyed working under the ERA franchise for two years, but became more and more excited to start another new venture. In 2008, Angela founded North Carolina Homes Realty, a real estate firm in High Point, North Carolina that offered both full service and flat fee listing options. Recently, Brad and Angela have moved to Clemmons, North Carolina and have opened their new real estate brokerage firm, NOBLE MERIT L.L.C., in Clemmons. Angela grew up in Randolph and Guilford counties, but the couple have lived in Davie and Forsyth counties for the majority of their marriage and real estate careers. Angela’s favorite areas to serve are Clemmons, Lewisville, Winston Salem, Kernersville, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, High Point, and all of Davie county, but she has listed, shown, and sold property all over the Triad.

Angela is a North Carolina native and has lived in many parts of the state throughout her life. Angela has listed and sold property all over the Piedmont Triad. She has gained extensive knowledge about the Piedmont Triad and beyond. Her 20+ years of real estate experience includes residential sales, real estate investments, acreage/farms, and a few commercial transactions. Angela has a background in accounting, working for companies such as Suburban Construction and Dixon & Odom of High Point where she helped maintain accounts for J. Basil Noble, McDonald’s franchises, and Thomas Built Buses (now Daimler Chrysler). She was previously the office manager for Rowland Woodworking, Inc. and a nursing student in the RN program at Forsyth Tech with clinical training at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Because of her 4.0 average in college, Angela was on the Dean’s List and a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Angela is a great asset to her clients because of her hard work, expertise, patience, and determination. She is a daughter, wife, and mother of three adult children. Angela’s favorite pastime is being Nana to 4 beautiful little girls (ages 1, 4, 5 & 7).
