"I would describe Tara's assistance in the purchase of our new house as MOST EXCELLENT! She responded to our Zillow inquiry almost immediately. Lined up houses that fit our requirements. Gave us the addresses to look them up online. We are from GA and were only in town in NC for a few days so she lined up 5 prospects to look at. Picked our favorite that day. She did a little wheedling for us and we presented an offer which was accepted. She came to us the next day, picked up the earnest money and laid out the next course of events. We went home and she tookover from there. She set up the closing, attended the inspection, followed up on needed improvements, and verified their completion. All subsequent paperwork was done online. I think we closed within the next two weeks. to echo my my wife, "We love Tara". She has kept in touch. Helped with utilities. Asked how the move was going. continually let's us know that she is available to help. We'd recommend her in a heart beat!"
