Another one closed! 🎉

This home in wonderful Location just needed some TLC as the family lived there for the kids whole life almost. So with suggestions and list of great subs this home was a delight to see life brought back it made lising It so much easier and helped to bring top dollar!

As my fiscal year concluded at the end of July, I am reflecting on a remarkable period. I am deeply grateful for the support and trust from my friends, family, and clients—many of whom have become like family themselves. Your referrals and confidence in me with one of life’s most significant decisions have been invaluable.

Although I manage my real estate practice as a part-time endeavor, focusing primarily on my family, friends, and referrals, achieving a total of $4.3 million in transactions is a significant milestone for me. Another Happy Buyer In 2024!

This couple is the definition of amazing clients!

I was able to list their custom home in 2021 with multi offers getting under contract in 1 Day. Where they capitalized in the height of the crazy market.
They recently referred their sons to me and entrusted me in helping them as first time buyers find the perfect home for them and their fur babies which is closing next week.

Yesterday another one in the books!!

New Construction , Under Asking with paid closing costs!!!

Talk about a new start, this couple is moving from West Virginia to Oak Island for a New Home, & New Job!!

Met this couple, showed 12 houses in one day… they left to go back home and the next day the home of their dreams went live!!!
Their Offer made site unseen was an easy choice because of the listing agent. She was nothing short of amazing to help out to get the home sold!!! It reminds me of how we all should work together!

Listing agent literally with a one week old baby strapped to chest recorded the drive into the neighborhood and virtual walk through for my clients to be to make an offer from West Virginia!!!
