For Sonya and Kyle, Patrick Square has been more than just a neighborhood—it’s been part of their story for years. First discovering the community back in 2009, they found themselves continually drawn back, especially during 2020–2022 as they considered a move.

When the opportunity arose to relocate Kyle’s financial planning office right here in the community, everything fell into place—and in October 2025, the Blackwells officially made Patrick Square home.
