At CollegePlace all of our apartments are 4bed/4bath. We are in walking distance to the university, to many restaurants and uptown, Clemson. Where you will find lots of shopping and food. We are also close enough that you can hear the roar of the Clemson Tiger fans on game days when standing on your balcony. You can also see the stadium. We have available two female rooms in the same apartment for 25.-26. They are ready for you to move in. We also have one female spot available for 26.-27.
