Exciting news: my neighbor in our community is selling their basically brand-new house - totally decked out, just finished in 2022 (upgrading his vacation home spot to Fernandina Beach). 🏝️

If any of you are interested in owning a spot in the Tradewinds Gated Community, complete with a private boat ramp, personal boat slip, and community pool, plus the added perk of having me as your neighbor in about a year when our second unit is ready, now’s your chance! 🎣
