Happy Heavenly birthday to my firstborn.
50 years ago today, I gave birth to my first child. A beautiful little girl. She defied all of our 5-year plans, but we were so excited. Jennifer brought a new kind of joy to our happy family. Before her fourth month with us, Jennifer went to be with Jesus.

Yes, we learned heartache, but we also learned joy and love in a manner that only a parent understands. I wouldn't give up one minute with her to relieve the pain.

Thank you, Lord, for the short time that we had Jenny.
