Every home has a story—and this one had a few unexpected plot twists.

We were just 6 days away from closing when the first buyer walked away. It was disappointing, but we stayed the course, knowing the right buyer was still out there.

Shortly after going back on the market, a neighbor—who had always admired the home—reached out directly. They didn’t have an agent, but they had a vision. We sat down, negotiated with transparency and intention, and made a deal that felt right for both sides.

This sale was a true reminder that patience and grace aren’t just nice words—they’re powerful tools in real estate.
