Big Win of the Week! 🏡🎉

Thrilled to close another deal for one of my incredible clients! This time, I had the privilege of helping a first-time homebuyer take a huge step toward making their first purchase. We were able to secure $10,000 in downpayment assistance with my lender, and secure the home my buyer was most interested in through the process. Not only is my client stepping into their new home with equity, but we also turned a challenging inspection into an opportunity. We negotiated key repairs—roof, plumbing, and more—mostly at the seller’s expense.

A reminder to all buyers: NEVER skip inspections! They’re invaluable for uncovering potential issues and give your agent the chance to renegotiate and protect your investment after going under contract.
