When we last checked in on Winter Garden in July, the market was moving at a different pace. Since then, asking prices have eased and homes 🏡 are taking a little longer to move, giving us a different picture as we head into the second half of September.

That doesn't tell the whole story, but it does show why checking in on individual markets regularly matters.
