I am originally from the Clermont area, and have been in the
business community as a professional for 28 years. I was co-owner of both ERA Professional, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic Properties, both located in Clermont, serving all of Central Florida, until June 2014 when we merged with ERA Grizzard Real Estate, instantly becoming the top ERA office in Florida, in the top 10 ERA offices in the country, and a top 400 firms in the country!
