Doesn’t look like much but this bathroom was the last big project I needed to do at my rental property 🛀
We had to get rid of the last bit of polybutylene pipes, reinforce the support beams, and reframe the walls.
Tommy is a real magician, if my Arcadia friends need any work done, he’s your guy!

THROWBACK to January 2017 when I had my first listing 🥲 I was doing floor time at my first brokerage and this older gentleman called in and wanted me to come to the house that afternoon. He was being moved to assisted living and needed to sell. It was my first real experience with the emotions of life transition and how important this work really is. My mentor helped me with the paperwork, I learned about 55+ communities, CDD’s, repairs, and compassion for people in this season of life. I have since helped countless families, all with their own stories, and I’m humbled by everyone’s continued faith in me to help navigate these huge life decisions. I think about this man often and how grateful he was for my help, but really he helped me so much more 🩵 Cheers to 9 years! 🏡
