Quick Market Update!!

Zillow reported 2,880 homes for sale at the end of August. Redfin’s latest listing snapshot shows about 1,230 homes pending, while 668 homes sold in August. Realtor.com currently advertises about 1,240 price-reduced homes. Homes that sold spent an average of 66 days on the market.
