🔸 Paragon Property Services is 9 Years Old Today!🔸
⏳ The stats say that 50% of small businesses fail within the first five years, a reality that often looms over entrepreneurs starting out. We felt that pressure too in 2017 when Chris was deciding whether to stay as an "employed" inspector, earning for someone else, or take the leap to build something of his own. In the end, the desire for independence and to be his own boss prevailed, and Paragon Property Services, LLC was born!
🏡 By 2022, we passed that crucial five-year mark, but thr last 4 years, like many in the real estate space, we experienced some major challenges as the market evolved and shifted. Despite those challenges, we've continued to evolve, adapt, and serve our customers with integrity and honesty.
🔎 In the last nine years, we’ve inspected everything from cozy 550 sq ft condos to grand 10,000 sq ft mansions, rural homesteads to downtown highrises, and all kinds of properties in between. Along the way, we've saved a bunny and a few birds, befriended house pigs, peacocks, chickens, cows, and showered love on countless dogs, cats, horses, ponies, and other furry friends. Chris has educated buyers in the field, agents expanding their inspection knowledge, and first-time homebuyers eager to learn.
📚 Over the years, Chris has grown his expertise with a Certified Master Inspector designation, a Mold Assessors License, and a Part 107 drone license (for commercial drone use). We've also partnered with an engineering firm to offer Engineering Reports (tie-down and attachment) for manufactured homes.
🤝 Along this journey, we've met amazing agents, lenders, builders, vendors, homebuyers, and community members who’ve made each day feel more like helping family than work.
