Bryan has been a licensed real estate agent since the fall of 2020, and joined Wheatley Realty Group in the fall of 2023. Things can and do happen quickly, so adaptability and availability are essential. Bryan knows that choosing the right real estate agent is an important and personal decision, which is why he is honored when trusted to provide honest and thorough service to clients. A believer in the greater good, Bryan has a strong commitment to contributing to the community in which lives, and is committed to treating others how he would want to be treated. Bryan moved to Clermont in 2019, bringing with him 20+ years of experience in higher education, the service industry, and as a locally elected official. Bryan was born and raised in small town Indiana, earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Ball State University, and then moved to Wisconsin, where he met his husband, Tim. He's a political and news ju**ie who is also a sports enthusiast, and is a fan of the Oxford comma. When not working, you'll likely find him making the most of his Disney Annual Pass; being involved civically and locally - including serving on the Clermont Planning & Zoning Commission (Chairperson, 2025-present) and South Lake Chamber of Commerce's Public Policy and Economic Development Committee; traveling and spending time with friends; and checking out new restaurants.
