Customer didn’t like the look of the 1x2 glass tiles and they were popping off after the freeze last month, pool was resurfaced only 5 years ago so still has life in it - so me and Jose undercut the old tile and redone with some nice 6x6 -
Then an acid wash of the pool and spa to freshen the surface up - turned out great 👌

Homeowner had a fire in the heater and destroyed everything, so i cut the pipes off and ground level and done a complete new equipment install / repipe PVC and new valves - all Jandy - installed the iAquaLink remote automation system, new variable speed pump, filter and JXI heater - 3 years warranty on everything. Love to do jobs like this - Turned out great.

We hope everyone is safe and well after the hail storm yesterday, it was pretty frightening!

Unfortunately looking around - we’re all in the same boat and have lots of damage to houses, windows, vehicles, fences and many have lost most of their pool screens.

We’ve had lots of calls for help with screens - but we’re all in the same boat regarding screen repairs - and we don’t have anyone that would prioritise us, so best if you can call around and seek a screen repair guy yourselves. They will all have a long list - so good luck and hope you get get yours fixed asap.

Everyone’s pools are full of tree debris / branches / leaves etc and this is the worse we’ve seen - even after the hurricanes we've had. So if you could - please don’t leave it all for us to try and get it all out the pool - as we don’t have the time or man power to spend more than usual to get all the debris out of everyone’s pool, we have to get round everyone’s the same as we do on a normal weekly service.

If your able and have a pool pole / net - or can get your hands on one from a neighbor / pool store / online / Walmart - please do so as we won’t be able to get all the debris out of everyone’s pool for the next week or two, especially since the screens are going to be out so any winds will blow more debris in.

We really appreciate it if you could try and clean your own pool up and pull any large branches out and broken screen - as we don’t want your pool going green or damaging your equipment. Then if you can get a net and try to get the leaves / debris out over the next few weeks until things get back to normal that will help both you and us.

To our wonderful clients; believe us when we say we are as fed up with this mess from the oak seeds and pollen as you are 🥴 We are doing our best to clean the pools as good as possible in a workable time slot but because of how fine and light the mess is, it's impossible to get all of it out in one clean 🥵 Going near it with a net or vac just kicks it up and makes it float round the pool so what we cant catch, will settle again once we leave. Please understand this happens every year for a certain length of time then it gradually stops. If you feel your pool is not clean enough with the once a week we service it, you probably could do with a keeepy krawler for that inbetween maintenance to keep on top of it 🙂 Thanks for your understanding while we get through another one of "Florida's phases" 🤪
