💰 1) Price your home for where the market is expected to be GOING. Not for where it WAS. Active competitors, recent pendings, and closings in the last 60 days (vs 6 months) are your friends!

📝 2) Your first offer may be your ONLY offer. Negotiate with EVERY offer (assuming it’s backed by a pre approval / proof of funds and is in writing). That may be your only chance.

😬 3) As backward as it sounds, open houses ARE working in this market. Be “open” to having your agent/ their brokerage host one.

💥 A few POP Realty - People Over Profit agents had a BLAST giving back to the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont to help them do some renovations on their social hall 😊

💪 We partnered with some EPIC vendors, made close to 40 new connections, and even helped someone on site with a contract question, ran two home estimates right at the table for 2 homeowners / future sellers, and scheduled a listing appointmet. 🏡

🤩 It was amazing to see the love and support for POP Realty’s mission, values, and goals.

🙏One connection specifically said it was refreshing to see a real estate company that was not focused on greed, status, and s*x selling, but more about values, trust, and FUN! 😎
