821 W Minneola is moving forward! Approved by the Clermont City Council with a 5-0 vote.

This project was designed to fit naturally into the character of downtown Clermont while adding the kind of density that helps a downtown thrive, more people living within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, more foot traffic to support small businesses, and a stronger connection between West Minneola Avenue and the rest of downtown.

Projects like this are part of a broader effort to make downtown Clermont a place where people can live, work, and spend their time without needing a car for every errand. We are looking forward to breaking ground.

Love how these models came out! We are breaking ground on a new project where we will be developing 40, yes 4-0 staff housing structures for a 501C3. Curious, which ones do you like? The numbers are on the top right. Of course we will be doing different facades since there are so many.

What do you think of the change? We took this room and gave it a total makeover:

☑️ Removed closet and put in 10 feet of cabinets with a quartz countertop.
☑️ Carpet out, polished concrete floors in
☑️ New wood slat accent wall, that also has a sound proofing application behind it.
☑️ Fresh paint and finishes
☑️ Modern ceiling and lighting

If you want us to convert a space (commercial or residential), we can do it all— full design concept to completion.

Grateful for the opportunity to work on this simple project! A large corporate office, previously occupied by Expedia, needed to enclose their storage closet. Job involved framing, insulation, setting the steel door, and matching the level 5 drywall, texture and paint. 48 hours and complete.
