Yesssss!! A huge Congratulations to my clients who closed on their FL home!! If you thought buying a home from out of state was as simple as flying in, picking a house, and signing some papers... think again.
For this amazing family, it looked more like this:
🏡 Touring more than 60 gorgeous homes over two house-hunting trips while searching for the one that checked all of their very specific must-haves.
📞 5 months of planning, problem-solving, and countless calls, texts, and emails.
📱 Completing the final walkthrough over FaceTime.
✍️ Signing closing documents with a mobile notary from their hotel lobby in another state.
🎉 And finally... getting the keys to the home that was worth the wait.
