Great news about my favorite parking garage!

Brad Kowit and Gregg Levy have already signed a big retail lease. They're planning to fill the empty space with roughly 210 apartments and renovate the parking garage.

The City of Cleveland has allocated $10 million from ARPA funds for citywide home repair programs and an additional $5 million for neighborhood revitalization as part of the Southeast Side Promise. Up to 150 residents living in owner-occupied properties will be selected for home repair and renovation assistance through a lottery system, with the funding being provided through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The deadline for completing the Home Repair Lottery pre-application is August 28, 2024.
