The 8mm crack: "That looks like a foundation issue!" Scuff marks on the baseboard: "That's not mold is it?!". Parents even find the thing you never knew could BE a thing.๐Ÿ˜…

But honestly? A second set of eyes can sometimes be very helpful and comforting. Especially for new buyers.

Pro tip: Never buy without a home inspection. Hire a professional! They're licensed & certified to identify actual foundation concerns and much more!
