Sometimes the second agent is the charm 😉

My client was feeling uneasy with her first agent and then then the first condo we went under contract with. We hit reset, regrouped, connected her with the right lender, and secured her an off-market high-rise condo with city views, fully updated (for less $$ than the first one).

ALSO we snagged max seller concessions to cover all her closing costs and buy her rate down. 💥

⬇️ Urgency to buy has dropped

⏱️ Buyers are taking their time, negotiating hard and expecting more value for the price (rightfully so!)

Homes are still selling, but the ones that move quickly have a strategy.

Thinking about making a move to Cleveland and can't decide whether to rent or buy?

Here’s a story about my relocation clients and the factors they weighed to make their decision confidently.

Build equity from day one.
I recently worked with a relocation couple who decided to purchase instead of rent. Their reason? They were eager to invest in something of their own right away. They feared that if they rented, life would get busy, years would pass, and it would be strenuous to rent while saving for a down payment.

Online reconnaissance is easier than ever.
With tools like YouTube neighborhood walk-throughs and Google Street View, my clients were able to test-drive different areas before they ever set foot in town. (Also, a local agent can FaceTime or film walkthroughs on your behalf!)

You can get ahead of rising home prices.
The final tipping point for my clients was their sense that home prices would continue to tick upward. Buying right away meant locking in their costs and securing their footing in Cleveland!

One more thought: You can make your move even smoother by teaming up with an agent who knows the area and can be your boots on the ground.
