The Belden Building is a renovated maker and artist space building in the Asia Town area of Cleveland. Located at 1623 East 45th Street it offers single floor suites ranging from 460 to 925 square feet. Multiple units can be combined and the largest combined space available is 6300 square feet. The building is one floor and offers loading ramp access, 3 phase power, 12-to-20-foot ceiling height and loads of natural light.
Renovations are nearing completion and late 2023 or early 2024 move in dates are available.
