I’m headed to Cleveland today to personally inspect a property where contractors were given a scope of work and a deadline.

TODAY IS THE DEADLINE. ⏰

I’m going to see the results for myself.

If the agreed-upon work is complete and meets the scope, we keep moving. If it isn’t, we’ll address the unfinished work, determine what funds need to be returned, and my crew will be prepared to step in and get the job across the finish line.
