There are thousands of small businesses making $50K–$500K a year — with owners who are tired, retiring, or just ready to move on.

And many of them are open to seller financing, meaning you don’t need all the cash up front.

Here’s how people buy businesses with little or no money:
1. Find a motivated seller (look on BizBuySell, Flippa, or your local network)
2. Offer a down payment + monthly earn-out (seller-financed deal)
3. Use the cash flow from the business to pay off the deal
4. Improve systems, marketing, or pricing to increase profits
5. Now you own a cash-flowing asset without having to “start over”
