CKO Properties home for rent will be available coming this August! This property is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home in beautiful Wickliffe. Close to the highway and comes with 2 car garage AND an additional 2 car garage on the property for the hobbyist, car collector or just extra storage! Rent for this property is $1,450/month with $1,450 security deposit. All utilities shall be paid by the tenant. Two dogs will be allowed with an additional security deposit of $150 per pet, a $20/month fee per pet and all must be under 35 pounds.
