A new sound is coming to The Land.

Unveiled today, Bedrock and Rock Entertainment Group announced plans for a 6,200-person outdoor amphitheater as part of their transformational development on The Riverfront. Operated by Live Nation Cleveland, the venue will be a dynamic community gathering place that hosts concerts, festivals and major touring acts.

It’s also a significant milestone for Cleveland. As the city’s first new large-scale music venue in more than 20 years, the amphitheater is projected to generate nearly $59M in economic impact and reinforce Cleveland’s legacy as a music capital of the world.

A new look inside the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center.

This next-generation facility along the Cuyahoga River is designed to support elite performance while also serving as a community asset for athletes across the region.

As the first vertical development within Bedrock’s riverfront vision, the center marks continued momentum in transforming Cleveland’s waterfront.

The Cavaliers are expected to move into the facility in February 2027, with public access to the Cleveland Clinic designated space anticipated in August 2027.
