Do yourself and your love ones a HUGE favor and have a will prepared.
Being in the real estate business, we see more and more situations where if the Will had been in place, families would have had a much easier time selling property. Age doesn’t matter, it is important.
Attorneys are so helpful with Wills but google has templates also!

Cleveland HAS a leash law.

Folks, it has been like the Wild West this week with multiple calls of dogs at large and destroying property within the city limits.

It is ILLEGAL to have your dog running loose. If your dog is not leashed or behind a fence, you are NOT in control of your animal. Regardless of how nice your dog is, their being loose is a danger to people and other animals. They cause car accidents and destroy property. They frighten people. They get hit by cars.

It is NOT a kindness to turn your dog loose to roam the neighborhood to go to the bathroom. It is illegal.

Our ordinance allows us to declare dogs who are found to be running at large more than twice to be POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS, and we WILL begin doing this. When we pick up a dog and it is declared potentially dangerous, many conditions must be met before that dog can be returned home, including but not limited to spaying/neutering at the owner's expense, a 10x10 pen with a concrete bottom and a top on it, etc.

Be a good neighbor. Keep your dogs contained.
