Does anyone want a nice, fully wooded building lot? I have three. Acreage ranges from 3 to 4.5. These all touch my hunting property in Thompson so you will have cool neighbors.

This is a Vacant Land. It is located at V/l 1 Trask Rd, Leroy, OH.

1st new build! This should be the first of many. This one is a "pilot" build so will not be available for rent but the next one will be built in Wickliffe and it will be for rent. Any one want to rent a brand new home?

Looking to buy two small vacant lots to build homes on in Lake or Geauga County. Must have public sewer and public water available. I am paying a finder's fee for any leads I close on, so if you know of a vacant lot on your street, let me know. Cash finder's fee and cash deal. We are NOT wholesalers. They are for us to use and build on.
