🎉 CLOSED! 🎉

It was such an honor to help this incredible investor purchase another property—our second transaction together this year!

When she reached out to me again in May, I was honestly surprised because we had just closed on another investment property two months earlier. She is truly one of those clients every real estate agent hopes to work with: professional, knowledgeable, analytical, and always well-prepared.

Unlike our previous purchase, we found this property quickly. As expected with a strong investment opportunity, we found ourselves competing in a multiple-offer situation. I connected with the listing agent to highlight the strength of my buyer, and our lender also provided additional reassurance. Although we were told our offer wasn't the highest, our terms ultimately made the difference—and we secured the contract!

The transaction itself went very smoothly, with one unexpected hiccup: we didn't close on time because FedEx didn't get the signed documents back to Cleveland in time. 😆 There's always something in real estate!
