August was a GOOD month! 🏡❤️

Two homes sold and three transactions closed, and each one was special for a different reason.

One was a repeat client, which honestly means so much to me. There’s no better compliment than having someone trust you enough to call you again when it’s time for their next move. 🥰

Another was a really unique off-market sale where I had the opportunity to bring a buyer and seller from the same family together and work with both sides to make the process as smooth as possible for the family. ❤️

Every transaction is different, but the best part is always the people and the relationships that come from this business.
