I missed posting about this transaction in November. I don't post about every transaction but this one is a must share. Mrs. Sines prayed and looked for 2 years for the perfect property where she could grow her own food and live off-grid. She was getting discouraged. I saw this property very soon after it was listed and knew it was for her! When I called to tell her about it, she told me that she had been up most of the night praying and asking God for answers. She couldn't understand why she felt like he was leading her to move but not providing property. We went out to see the property and of course it was just what she had been looking for. The property had a lot of interested buyers but the sellers felt like they should accept her offer over the others. When we got to the closing table she found out that the sellers had planted fruit trees and vines that should produce in the spring/summer! She was overjoyed! Thanking God for his faithfulness to her in all things! I was so honored to be part of this answer to her prayers! This was Ephesians 3:20 in action!
