Our locations in Beulah, Mound Bayou, Pace, Rosedale & our apartments in Cleveland all accept Section 8 Vouchers.

Beulah, Mound Bayou, Pace, & Rosedale can accept Vouchers that are for 2 or 3 bedrooms. These units require the tenant to be recertified every 12 months with our office.

Our Cleveland Apartments are good for Vouchers for 1 or 2 bed rooms.

Applications that are filled out are good for 6 months in order for us to remain compliant with state requirements.

First thank you to those who visit our page! We appreciate the following and sharing of our posts.

Our office wanted to take a moment to provide some helpful information📃 and also begin the start of posting regularly to our page. Please take a moment and read 👨‍🏫 the info below, it can be very beneficial to those of you who are current tenants of ours or future tenants.

We receive numerous calls 📞, texts 📲, emails 📧and inbox messages daily. Please be patient with us as we work to get a response back to you. It can take a day, or even a week 🗓 or two. We have only one office manager who attends to everything with no other office workers. 👩🏻‍💻

This week we will be making posts that pertain to the following topics: • Applications, • Section 8 Packets, • Maintenance, • MHC Affordable Housing, • Rental Apartments versus Rental Houses, and much more.
