The guest room that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.
At the 1800's, the first floor includes its own bedroom and bathroom, separated from the main living space and the bedrooms upstairs.
That makes it a pretty useful setup for visiting family, a roommate, a home office, or anyone who appreciates having a little more privacy.

A little separation goes a long way.
One of the biggest advantages of a three-story townhome is that everything doesn’t have to compete for the same space.
Guests downstairs. Living and entertaining in the middle. Bedrooms upstairs.
It gives the home a natural flow, and more importantly, gives everyone somewhere to disappear to when they’ve had enough of each other.

Not necessarily a landmark.
