📋 Notice to Residents: 4th of July Weekend Guidelines
In observance of the holiday, the leasing office will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Please review the following safety rules and operational changes to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable holiday weekend for everyone.

🕒 Office & Maintenance Hours
* Saturday, July 4: Office closed.
* Sunday, July 5: Office closed.
* Monday, July 6: Office reopens at normal business hours.
* Emergency Maintenance: Available for emergency requests ONLY during the closure.
* Routine Requests: All non-emergency maintenance items will be addressed starting Monday, July 6.

🚫 Strict Fireworks Ban
* Prohibition: The use, possession, or discharge of fireworks anywhere on community property is strictly prohibited.
* Penalties: Residents found in violation will face immediate lease violations and fines starting at $250.

🏊 Pool & Amenity Rules
* Hours: The pool will be open from dawn to dusk.
* Glass Policy: Glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
* Guest Limit: Maximum of 2 guests per household to ensure all residents can enjoy the amenity safely.
* Supervision: Residents must accompany their guests at all times.

🤝 Community Reminders
* Supervision: Please supervise children at all times.
* Cleanliness: Clean up all trash after using community common areas.
* Safety: Residents are responsible for the actions and safety of their family members and guests.
* Emergencies: Report any immediate safety or criminal emergencies directly to local authorities.

Final Phase of Seal Coating and Striping

Dear Residents,

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation throughout our community seal coat and striping project. We are entering the final stage of work.

What to Expect Tomorrow (Tuesday, June 30):
• Building Access: Starting at 8:00 AM, crews will remove the cones from Buildings 2, 3, and 4. Full access to all buildings will be restored at this time.
• Driveway Work: Work tomorrow will focus strictly on the main driveway.
• Traffic Delays: One lane of the driveway will be closed during the day. It will reopen fully by 2:00 PM.
Once the driveway lane reopens at 2:00 PM, the entire project will be officially complete.

Dear Residents,

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation throughout our seal coat and striping project.

Beginning at 8:00 AM, they will start sealing around Buildings 2, 3, and 4.

Please ensure all vehicles are moved from these areas before 8:00 AM. A towing truck will be onsite and vehicles remaining in the work zone will be subject to tow, at the owner's expense for $108.

Once the seal coat has been applied, the pavement will need approximately 24 hours to dry before it can be driven on again. We ask that you please plan accordingly.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this and we greatly appreciate your patience as we move forward with these necessary improvements.
