Dear residents,
Please note that CircleEast Townhomes , located at 12509 Euclid Ave, East Cleveland, OH 44112 has been sold, effective 12/23/2024 to The Ave at Euclid LLC.
We hereby notify you that effective as of December 23, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) you are authorized and directed to make any payment due to the landlord under your lease to the new Landlord, The Ave at Euclid LLC (“Landlord”).
New ownership offers two (2) options to make rental payments:
• Electronically using Zelle.
a. Please use the link below – select your banking provider – and follow instructions.

c. When processing payment please use the owners email address: [email protected]
• If your bank does not support Zelle, please mail a check to the following address:
a. 30799 Pinetree Rd., #119, Cleveland, OH 44124.
b. Please note, for rent to not be considered late, all mailed rent must have a postmark date on or before the 5th day of the month for the month rent is due.
