UNIVERSITY HEIGHT COUNCIL VOTES DOWN HAVING A CHICK FIL A IN UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS NEAR CEDAR AND MIRAMAR BLVD.

THIS WAS AFTER A YEAR OF THE OWNERS JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS FOR THE ZONING AND THE PROJECT WAS SIGNED OFF BY EVERY CITY DEPT.

AND MIND YOU, THIS IS AFTER YEARS OF BEING NEXT DOOR TO THE NIGHTMARE EYESORE CALLED UNIVERSITY SQUARE.. AND ITS UNKEPT PROPERTY.

THE COUNCIL HAS ANOTHER PLAN..
ALL MEMBERS VOTED NO..

AN ABORTION CLINIC HAS BEEN WANTING THAT LOCATION IN UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS FOR YEARS.

ITS TIME TO CALL THEM BACK…

THE CITY MAY HAVE A HARDER TIME BLOCKING A TENANT IN A MEDICAL BUILDING - WAY TO GO MR MAYOR IN UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS.

A CHICK FIL A MAY HAVE BEEN A BIT MORE TRAFFIC, BUT AN ABORTION CLINIC (Which we have declined over the years as a potential tenant) MIGHT BE A BETTER OPTION FOR YOUR CITY.

CLEANING TECHNICIAN / JANITORIAL HELP WANTED: Full time janitorial cleaning of rental properties. Supplies Provided. Full time days. Cleaning common areas. 40 hours per week. Will work at several locations: 6 shaker properties, 2 in South Euclid, 1 in Garfield). We will provide supplies which are onsite in most locations. You will work on a designated schedule.
Must have transportation and insurance. Will contribute to gas costs. Must be able to work Independently and complete the job throughly. Hours to be determined but probably 8-4:30 or 8:30-5. $15 to start. + BENEFITS..
