Finally got the major rehab done in this unit. This was a tough contractor to work with. It was too expensive and too long. SMH. It’s done. I just need the countertops from my stone guy.

I was talking to an investor at the network event last night. I venting about how the phone calls and messages are wearing me out. She said she just records a video why repeat herself! I implemented it right away. This is now sent with a link to the site. We will see if they improves my conversion rates. 🏆
