Closed one today that worked out for everybody. 🔑

Congratulations to my investor on a quick sale, and an even bigger congratulations to the first-time buyers who are taking on a fixer upper. Not everybody wants a project, but for the folks who do, it's still one of the better ways into a home around here. I think it's going to be great for them.
