I met my buyer back in April, and we've looked at so many homes together. Through every showing and every "not this one," she never lost faith that the right home was out there—and neither did I.
When we found this home, I immediately reached out to the listing agent. I was told the seller wasn't accepting FHA financing, despite the home being in great condition. They even shared that previous FHA offers had already been rejected.
But I wasn't ready to let this opportunity slip away. I didn’t take no for an answer.
