The Creswell A historical building re-imagined for modern city life in the heart of Playhouse Square, a dynamic neighborhood where you can live, work, and be inspired.

The Creswell has a rich history, transforming from The Creswell Garage Building in 1920 to The Carnegie Hall Building and was eventually re-purposed in the early 1980's as an office building with a small ground floor diner. The Slyman family acquired the property in 2007 and further improved the property, attracting office tenants. In 2014, the 1220 Building was granted historical tax credits and

was revamped into 80 apartments. The Slyman Family along with The Dalad Group have joined forces to develop a residential development that pays homage the historical Playhouse neighborhood while providing cutting-edge modern apartments. The property was named "The Creswell" to honor the history of the property while simultaneously inventing a new modern standard to the downtown residential market.
