In Coordination with the City’s outreach efforts through my H.O.M.E.S. (Home Ownership Made Easy), this podcast will post videos and/or audio content about important conversations that are of interest to current and future homeowners. The show will premier on cable channels 1301 Spectrum and 36 FiOS. It will also be on Collaborative Studios streaming app on Amazon Fire, Roku and Apple TV.
The H.O.M.E.S initiative is a partnership between the City of Schenectady, area banks, relators, and other housing-related entitles that help promote and facilitate homeownership in our city. This podcast will further advance the outreach efforts by having discussions about market changes, purchase opportunities, grant resources, property management and maintenance as well as highlight community events and businesses that attract future investors and community members.
The hosts for the podcast are Joseph Krongold, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, host of “On the Go with Joe”, licensed real estate broker with Howard Hanna, member of GCAR and previously a financial advisor. David Kellogg, experienced real estate investor, licensed real estate salesperson with Thomas P. Moore. Also, Jeury Lugo, licensed real estate salesperson with Keller Williams, Social Media Influencer.
The first episode had Virginia Rawlins of Building Blocks Together. She is a housing consultant and grant provider of the Touhey Foundation's Restorative Housing Justice Fund.
