My last closing of 2022 was on one of my income properties. Lots of blood, sweat, and money but I made it happen. This home was beaten up and destroyed by tenants and I brought it back to life and out of my life. So glad to see it go but that being said the buyer has a much better house than when I bought it and owned it. Good luck to the buyer with her latest investment property.
