We are looking for another lead carpenter as we are growing and expanding. Our work environment is second to none, we are looking for people who pride themselves in and at their workplace.

Here at Pipino Builders we pride ourselves on giving our clients an experience that is second to none. Being presentable, being punctual, being professional and courteous to our clients when present, cleanliness of the job site & surrounding work area are a few things that are requirements here at Pipino Builders, not desires.

For our lead carpenter position, we would like to see at least 5 years’ experience in the field-as a lead carpenter.

Below is a general overview of what we would like to see out of a candidate.

-Must have a valid driver’s license.

-Must have your own basic hand and power tools.

-Manages all on-site activities

-High degree of quality work

-Organized

-Communicates well and often

-Highly safety conscience

-Strives to exceed the expectations of clients

-Keeps the job site clean and organized, materials and tools are thoughtfully staged

-Understands order of operations in which jobs should be completed to be efficient

-Has a clear vision of the current scope

-Creates a culture of respect, teamwork, and high-quality standards

-Goal setting with your crew

Education, Skills and Experience:

-Journey level carpentry skills

-Reliable transportation to and from job site with capacity to haul some materials and tools required

Compensation:

- ($28-$35/hour)

-Paid Holidays
