In anticipation of the snowstorm, the Rental Office will be closed on Sunday, January 25th & Monday, January 26th.

***RESIDENTS PLEASE READ***
If your kitchen sink is on an outer wall, please open your kitchen cabinet doors (underneath the sink) to prevent possible freezing of pipes with the extremely cold temperatures. Also, we need all of our residents vigilance and cooperation during this storm. It is extremely important you are CLEANING AND MOVING your vehicles promptly. Please be aware of the plows in your parking lots. This is anticipated to be a massive storm and our team will be working around the clock to keep the property clear and our residents safe and we need everyone's cooperation.

Hello everyone! If anyone has newspapers that they would be interested in donating, please contact the Rental Office and we will make arrangements to pick them up or they may be dropped off directly here at the Rental Office. We are trying to collect newspapers for an animal rescue that is in need.

Please remember that with the upcoming snow storm it is mandatory for our residents to move their vehicles for the snowplows. Please be mindful in keeping an eye out for the snowplows in your parking area and move promptly. We appreciate everyone's cooperation and prompt attention to this matter.
