Let me tell you a little equity success story! These buyers purchased 5 Taft, Amsterdam with me in 2021 for $80,000.

They locked in a house and an interest rate that was less expensive than their previous home. Over 3 years they slowly redid the kitchen, floors, and system upgrades.

We listed the home for $149,000 a few months ago and went to multiple offers in 2 days.

Today, they closed on the house at a whopping price of $170,000. Their gross profit was $90,000 and when you subtract upgrades to the home, their net profit was about $75,000.
